Submission Guide for Participant:

To guarantee smooth administration, the whole submission process is done fully online and NOT by email. Here is the procedure:

  1. Create new account (click menu Register)
  2. Completing the identity
  3. Check your email and active your account
  4. Login to your account (click menu Login)
  5. Upload the payment proof through our online system (NOT email)
  6. After your payment is confirmed, you can come to conference on September 1-2, 2018.
